"We were unable to get into our room so the clerk on duty came up to try the key...we were then moved to a suite down a floor and at the other end of the other building. It took forever for the water in the shower to get luke warm. We won't stay here for our next I City appointments. I guess the saying ..."

"No reason to stay anywhere else, similar prices to surrounding hotels but you get a free dinner at 5:30 pm as well as breakfast in the morning. The 530 layout consisted of bbq sliders ,nachos , chili and salad . It was very good. I also overheard one of the managers complimenting one of the hotel ..."

"This is a very well-maintained property. The beds are comfy and the bathroom counter spacious. Even the grounds surrounding it are meticulous and there are sheltered tables outside. You’ll find numerous restaurants a short drive away and a Culvers a short walk away. We will definitely return!"

"Garbage cans were overloaded with garbage, everywhere. It smelled as well. Breakfast was poorly stocked. Bed was a lumpy mattress. It was outdated in all areas. Rarely was staff seen. Definitely needs updated and cleaned."
