I am sorry you found your room unacceptable. Please accept my sincere apologies for not meeting your expectations and know I will address your feedback directly with our team. Our website states the room capacity is 5, however, it does not say it sleeps 5. By fire code, our rooms are not large enough for the extra cot. In future, I would give the hotel a call to make sure they have cots or roll-aways at their location before booking. We hope you will stay with Hampton in the future.

Great staff. Room was nice and clean. Was a quick stop while travelling so cannot say much about the area but would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It was a really nice trip. Elevator floor was dirty, but everything else was great. Staff was really nice. Good parking and convenient location.

Easy off expressway, Friendly, accommodating staff.
Quiet, comfortable, clean room.
Love having constant fan option on HVAC unit. Typical breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised with our accomodations. The room was clean, neat and had all the amenities needed. We were not harrased about our dog in any way. Free continental Breakfast was great! Thebhours were convenient and long enough for me to be abel to sleep in abit before grabbing breakfast. And my early mornings i was able to eat and run at 6am. The evening manager was very helpful and friendly, he welcomed us and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Love that theres a laundry room amd fitness room on the same floor.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our issue was that the thermostat in our room did not work, so we had no way to use the heat or a/c. The maintenance worker was not there over the weekend. I did end up being pretty stuffy in our room. Other than that, everything was fine.

Only complaint is that the dark curtains didn't close, so we used the pants hanger hack to keep them closed to keep out the light. Otherwise clean, friendly staff, nice stay.

I took a shower before bed instead of waiting until morning. The water would not shut off all the way and ran in the tub all night. I told the front desk clerk and nothing was done. Most hotels would send someone to look at it…
