"The staff was absolutely incredible, but unfortunately, it was extremely noisy from the road noise the motorcycle store nearby, and it literally sounded like there was an elephant upstairs from my room, the stomping and the banging of the doors you could even hear anyone breathing or coughing I brought it up to the properties attention and I have yet to hear from anyone about a refund. In addition, Expedia actually messed up my reservation and I submitted for a refund and they keep saying...

"Room was clean, shower too. Room was in like new mechanical and appearance condition."

"There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building."

"What a pleasant experience I had at this hotel. I was in the area for a funeral, and had driven a long way. The front desk clerk was so friendly and upgraded my room since they were not sold out. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice outdoor patio area with a fountain where I sat to read a book. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Coffee and hot water were available in the lobby all the time, along with cookies. I would recommend it."

"We like the price and the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. I often wake at a hotel with sore back and shoulders, but not at Skyline! The downside is that people can be heard outside your door, but that is more on people than on the lodge. It would seem after 10pm you might keep your voices down! We will stay again!!"
