"Rooms were clean and tidy. It was disappointing to see the rooftop terrace was run down and a bit sketchy to get to. Hallways are a bit run down but rooms are updated. Nice for a night in Magog."

"Nous avons passé 3 magnifiques jours dans ce B&B en juillet 2026. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par les proprios. Ils ont su répondre à nos besoins et à nos demandes spéciales. Nous avons eu droit à des déjeuners très copieux et succulents. Notre chambre et les espaces communs étaient spacieux et très propres. Je recommande vivement ce nouveau B&B."

"This hotel is our favorite hotel and we absolutely love everything about it !The staff is amazing and always give us a very warm welcome . The suites are beautiful and always immaculate . Great location ,view and parking ! We love the gym,sauna and hot tub. This truly is" My Happy Place "and I can't wait to go back there again soon."

"I enjoyed my stay for a place to crash as I was insanely tired from travelling. The staff were lovely and it was super easy to find. The air conditioning was definitely my best friend during my stay, plus it's location meant exploring Magog the next day was super convenient."

"There was black mold around the shower pan. There was no place in the shower to place toiletries. No place to put soap or shampoo. One chair was loose and anyone sitting on it is at risk of falling. When enjoining a snack at the chairs by the dock, restaurant staff was rude and implied we shouldn’t be there because we were not ordering from the restaurant even though guests are allowed to use that space. When complained to the front desk they were not willing to help or offer any discount. I...

"L’hébergement est ancien, mais j’aime les vieilles bâtisses. C’est agréable de loger et souper au même endroit, le service est excellent et la nourriture aussi. Une chose à remplacer dans la chambre no 16, le pommeau de douche devrait être amovible car la douche est très petite."
