"Staff was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. The stairs were a challenge but that was on me as I was recovering from a concussion. Wonderful breakfast too."

"The Rosemount Inn is located in a beautiful area of Kingston with many restaurants close by. The waterfront is also within a short walk. It is not far from the main highway and is easy to find. The included breakfast was very good. "

"We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. "

"Clean and only a block away from the waterfront and a number of restaurants. But only 2 small elevators made for some waiting at times."

"The property is in a great location right at the waterfront. The room was lovely and clean. Madeleine checked us in and was really helpful, we were given an upgrade to a bigger room with a better view. Madeleine also checked us out and organised a taxi for us to get to the train station, super helpful."

"HOT!! They capped the air conditioning in the room, which is the absolute worst thing a hotel can do. An 18.5° was more like 22°. I barely slept for both nights."

"Lovely historic Inn with character. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was just right with a selection of pastries (croissants etc.), toast or bagel, fruit cups, yogurt, cheese and meats. The room was comfortable with great windows. We had coffee in the garden or porch. Also a great area to walk around, see Queens campus and walk to many stores and restaurants. Book here if you want a place with history and charm over big busy hotels. Some covered parking and parking across the street that is free...

"It was a great veiw from my room, my only concern was I was in the 2nd last room at the end of a long hallway. Travelling alone it bothered me. The room was ok carpet was old and chair in room was very uncomfortable. It was still a nice hotel just old."

"Staff was very helpful, room was nice and clean. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and in my opinion, this stay was worth it for the price. I’ve stayed in a few other hotels in Kingston and so far Strata has been the best for slightly more money."

"Breakfast was very crowded and food came out very slowly. Hot plates very emptied as soon as food came out and were not refilled for several minutes. We did not get a full breakfast wither day. The hotel was clean but dated and should be die for refurbishing.. Aside from that, it was clean, staff was friendly. It was OK for the money."

"Needs updating Paint falling off bathroom ceiling, baseboards not secure, hot tub was scummy and hair in it couldn’t use. Room was clean and bed was good Nice continental breakfast"

"No access to the main lobby from the hotel rooms. Pool featured was situated in another building. House keeping didn’t sweep the floors. Odd scent through out building. Also required paid parking for an open parking lot (no parkade). Will not stay here again."
