"Вот естественный и вежливый вариант на английском:
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms were great, and everything else was excellent.
The only thing (not issue!) we experienced happened on one day. We had connecting rooms and placed the Do Not Disturb sign on both doors—our room and our children’s room. Despite the signs, housekeeping still entered both rooms and cleaned them.
We appreciate the effort, and the rooms looked great afterward, but it was unexpected and made us feel uncomfortable because we had specifically requested not to be disturbed. We usually put the sign out because we don’t need housekeeping that day.
For future guests, we hope the Do Not Disturb sign will be respected and that staff will not enter the room when it is displayed.
Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Please don’t scold the housekeeping staff—they did an excellent job. This is not a complaint about them at all. We just ask that the Do Not Disturb signs be checked and respected in the future.
Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
