"Loved the walk in shower."

"I arrived at the hotel to check in and when I presented my debit card, I was informed they do not take debit as payment! They only take credit cards! I found this very inconvenient. I had my mother's credit card to use in an emergency, but as she was not traveling with me, they would not accept it without her written authorization. Verbal authorization was not good enough either. It had to be a signed authorization through email. A huge inconvenience."

"After calling in ahead of time to ask if air conditioning was operational in rooms in 34-40 C heat and assured all was well, we experienced VERY poorly working a/c with no assistance to fix the issue after complaining. Our stay was uncomfortable; we were unable to sleep in the warm room. The facilities were not well maintained/ cleaned during a busy weekend while several sports teams were staying at the hotel. As well, the maintenance person who supposedly tried to fix the a/c in our absence...

"Very pleasant relaxing atmosphere in reception area, helpful staff, easy to park, large room with a very comfortable bed, 2 comfortable sofa chairs, a table & desk with office chair. Plenty of plug-ins, 2 sinks."

"Huge room with a king bed in the front room and a bedroom with a king as well - very nice. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were nice. Feels like a safe area. There is a parking lot but I don't feel like it is big enough for the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Clean room. Good location, a bunch of shopping available in immediate area including lots of fast food options. Good access to go see things. Good access to hiways out to Winnipeg and Moose Jaw - go see the Tunnels of Moose...

"The bar ceremony was excellent! The place is very rich in history and it shows. The food and drinks were excellent but expensive for the portion size. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was so so. ..the eggs and sausage were tasteless, but the bagels and coffee were terrific! Staff very friendly and apologetic. Needed more front desk staff on as the check in line up moved very slowly with only one agent available."

"The staff were very accommodating when we wanted to check in early. My grandson left his new football behind accidentally and the staff went out of their way to find it and let me know."

"The particular placement of the property was not ideal although it was close to the venue we were visiting and the location was close to other sites we visited. We enjoyed our stay & would choose the the hotel again for our next visit."
