"Very convenient location with a beautiful view of Central Park. Close to Lotte Mart which we loved. Only issue was how old and uncomfortable the chairs in the room were. It was like sitting directly on wood. No cushion left on them. Besides that everything was good. Location is the best part of it!"

"The rooms were spotless. The staff couldn’t be more helpful with anything you needed. The airport. Shadow was phenomenal. Everybody was so helpful. The hotel was breathtaking. I came walking in with my suitcase and they came running to take my suitcase away. I have never been to a hotel that was this outstanding. I can give it a 20 out of 10."
