"The view from the room was terrible. It was a concrete square with tyres. The furniture was plasticky. For the price really wasn’t worth it on top of that our sleep was disrupted by people fighting and the police being called. I wish I booked the Holiday Inn."

"Booked a Junior Suite and very disappointed with the room - bed was very uncomfortable, walls very thin so kept awake for most of the night with noises in the corridor and adjacent rooms, room amenities were outdated and poorly maintained."

Location was brilliant, less than a minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Not essential but the parking you can book is cheapest in Cheltenham."

"Not very close or walkable to most things we wanted to see, but beautiful regency neighborhood. Parking was easy. No elevator so we did have to carry our large bags by hand. "

"Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect I’d probably use again for a short visit. "
