A estrutura do hotel é muito boa e a comida é ótima. Porém, os quartos precisam de mais manutenção, especialmente na conservação das camas. As almofadas poderiam ser retiradas, mantendo apenas travesseiros com enxoval branco. Além disso, as colchas e almofadas apresentam um cheiro forte de mofo. Foi tudo muito bom!!! Fomos muito bem atendidos nos 5 dias que passamos no Kalango, durante o café da manhã as coisas que acabavam eram repostas rapidamente, o quarto era bem limpo e conservado. As áreas comuns também sempre estavam organizadas. Além disso, apesar de não ter academia no local, eles tem convênio com uma academia com boa estrutura e que fica próximo. Indico demais o hotel!
