A localização é boa, a estrutura do hotel também, mas peca muito na limpeza. Lençóis velhos(estavam até transparentes), banheiro com cabelo nos cantos, sujeira no chão. A limpeza geral do hotel está pecando, até na hora do café da manhã encontramos pratos sujos, pouca variedade e sem nada tampando a maioria das coisas, havia mosquitos em cima

Pousada aconchegante. Fomos em família, eu, esposa e filho de 2 anos. Quarto bem limpo, cheiroso, cama confortável, roupas de banho e cama limpos e cheirosos. Café da manhã incrível com várias opções. A pousada e quarto é o que vemos na foto, bem localizado, perto da praia da enseada, acesso a pousada e praia fácil. Estacionamento seguro. Meninas da recepção atenciosas. Serviço de limpeza de quarto maravilhoso.

Localização perto da praia, a pousadas precisa de uma reforma geral os banheiros são ruins, espaços café da manhã muito pequeno. Café simples.

A pousada fica em uma ótima localização, de fácil acesso as praias. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo, correu de acordo com o informado no ato da reserva. Quarto limpo e bem organizado. Café da manhã bem servido e equipe sempre abastecendo os itens mais procurados. Acredito que o ponto de melhoria seria investir na área da piscina e no estacionamento, uma reforma e troca dos equipamentos quebrados iria valorizar mais o ambiente.

De mal com a Ubatuba tropical por esses motivos.

Estadia foi horrível, chegamos 14:00hs e já na recepção fomos orientado a pagar a taxa de limpeza $24,00. Isso já achei um cumulo, o ar condicionado não tinha como desligar a não ser no próprio aparelho na parede, as 18:00hs tivemos problemas com a falta de energia estando escuro dentro do quarto sem nenhuma vela sequer. Isso até a meia noite, qdo retornou a energia. Ao acordar cedo subimos pro café da manhã, outra tortura!!! Não tinha chá nem água quente, poucas opções de pães, frutas, geleias, margarinas, eu só tomo café com leite frio, (sem leite frio),opções de bolo tbem só tinha dois tipos. Após o café arrumamos nossas coisas e fizemos o check-out. Isso foi a estadia minha e da minha esposa 24hs dentro do quarto.😪😪, sem condições para fazer fotos.

Na verdade não houve o que gostar. Apenas a localização próxima à praia. Eu teria muita vergonha de oferecer uma experiência tão desagradável aos meus hóspedes. É um hotel com diária de R$ 700,00 em que R$250,00 estava bem pago. Sorte a minha, que apenas dormi. Tudo é velho, desde a pintura do quarto, portas, janelas, banheiro, chuveiro, camas, tomadas...Lençóis e travesseiros fedidos, fiz questão de deixar tudo no chão para que percebessem. A luz do quarto queimou. O café super simples, tinha queijo mofado! É vergonhoso. Esse é um desabafo para ajudar a quem vai se hospedar. Nada justifica. Nem resposta da hospedagem eu quero. Apenas reformem tudo. Façam o mínimo.

Eu não gostei de ter que pagar duas vezes. Falou se um valor, e chegando na pousada, me informaram que as crianças teriam que pagar. Antes de ir, eu perguntei a uma funcionária se teria que preencher os dados de todos os que iriam, e ela me informou que não precisava. Quando nós chegamos lá, foi me cobrando quase o mesmo valor já pago. Faltou transparência.
