"My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was let down massively by poor maintenance, many facilities such as pool waterfalls, outdoor jacuzzi, steam room, lift to the beach were not working.
