"My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"

"This hotel is like a mirage. The most spectacular junior suite room that was the exact reboot needed after spending many nights in subpar hotel and VRBO beds across Italy. Breakfast the following morning was included as was the coolest car port for our rental. We felt safe, cared for and left with huge smiles on our face. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The perfect place to stay for checking out the Lamborghini and Ferrari museums! Brava!!"

"This is a wonderful location between Modena and Bologna. We didn’t research the industrial location before booking. If not spending time in hotel room or area, it would be a suitable mid station between two towns/citiies. "

"Great staff and fantastic service. The handicapped capable room needs some minor work on the shower, the water from the shower covers the entire floor instead of angling towards the drain. The staff was very accommodating and quickly made a temporary fix during our stay."

"We booked 10 rooms as a group and stayed there for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time there and liked it very much. It’s about 30 mins drive from the center Bologna, and it’s quiet but with a lot going on and especially the Saturday morning market was so much fun! The staff are professional and friendly, good breakfast and dinner. The only thing is since it’s a pretty old hotel, you need to be careful with the furnitures and facilities just not to damage anything. I think we will choose it again if...

"Un'ottima scoperta a poco più di una ventina di minuti dal centro di Bologna ma immerso nella verde campagna emiliana. Le camere sono ben pulite, con arredamento forse un po' retrò ma piacevole ed ordinato, con letti comodi. Colazione varia, abbondante e sempre a disposizione, che puoi consumare nell'ampio soggiorno o nel giardino esterno attrezzato di tutto punto. "
