"Overall the stay was great. Didn’t spend much time in the room as we were there for the World Cup action. But when we did, we noticed a few things about our dual bed room. One the tv did not work, the bathroom did not feel private as the high ceiling was connected to the outside, and the room safe didn’t actually work. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was perfect, the staff was super helpful, and the overall feel of the hotel was very welcoming."
"Friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Good sense of humor and very attentive.
Breakfast was delicious. Twice the wait staff was a bit slow, however, very kind, apologetic and quick once their attention was called. The whole place was very clean. The Catedral room was amazing!"
"El personal es súper amable!! Las habitaciones son grandes y en general el hotel es hermoso! Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y lo volvería a hacer!"
"We love the hotel staff. Eric, Hanna, Annel, Isabela, Ricardo. From the Deli and SR. Armando and Sr. Unlices bellman’s were wonderful.
It was a great stay."
"The outside looked basic, like a 2-Star Hotel downtown, but once inside, the rooms were great! Super clean. Free minibar every day. Their amenities in the bathroom were great, but the bottles didn't work, and that's okay. FREE water!!! Arturo was nice, and the cleaning ladies and men were great. No balcony. CENTRALLY located was a SUPER benefit. Close to EVERYTHING."
