ION Orchard (pronounced as I-On) is a shopping mall in Singapore. It started operating on 21 July 2009, occupying 335 food and retail outlets. In December 2016, Forbes recognized ION Orchard as one of the top shopping malls in Singapore. #Singapore #TroveOnTuesday #OnTheRoad #Trovember
This is my favourite #Christmas photo, taken on Orchard Road, Singapore's main shopping street. In 2009 the entire strip was decorated with these reindeer statues and thousands of twinkling lights. A surreal experience to be walking around in shorts in the heat and humidity amongst reindeer and snowmen when you are used to wintery British weather at this time of year!
