"The pictures that the hotel put up is exactly what you’re going to get! It was an awesome view and the staff was wonderful! Close to a lot of bars and restaurant and my wife and I felt really safe walking around during the day and night!"

"The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here. A couple of things could be improved. We had issues with the hot water during most of our stay. It only became consistently hot on the last day when we showered at 5 am. Since we usually showered around 10am, that may have been a factor, but on the other days the water was only lukewarm. We also had to turn on the sink faucet to help the shower water heat up more quickly. The laundry machines were another challenge. They appear to accept both coins and an app, but when we tried using coins, we were told the machines were not working properly and that we should use the app instead. For international guests, this can be difficult because the app may not be available in your country's Apple App Store. After some back and forth, we were eventually able to get it working, but clearer instructions would be helpful. That said, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us throughout our stay. I am giving this property 4 stars. This is meant as constructive feedback to help improve the experience for future guests."

"Paying extra for breakfast was definitely worth it! Meals are delicious, healthy and filling, and kept us from having to decide where we would eat breakfast. The people who cook and clean the rooms are attentive to detail, kind, and accommodating. The guys at the front desk were so helpful about several questions we had during our stay. The property is beautiful, very close to so many things, restaurants, coffee shops, the town square and museums. The neighborhood is generally quiet compared to other places I’ve stayed in Mexico. Paying for the pick up at the airport made our lives so much easier, I would recommend it. Honestly, I hope we get a chance to return and bring all our kids next time. One thing I would mention is that there are no washers and dryers on location, laundry is a service that is available and it can take a couple days."
