"They have no one available at a front desk after 11pm. This was not disclosed at booking so it was a surprise that we had to figure out on our own. After calling the number that they listed at the door, multiple times and no one answering. We could hear someone on the other side of the door, so we banged on the wall and finally got someone to come. They got us checked in to a room that reeked of smoke. We asked to be moved to a different room and were told that they had no other rooms available. The room was super dirty. Long hairs that were very obviously not from 4 men’s hair in sinks and bathtub, venting, and other areas of the room were super dirty. The beds look like they were pulled out of a jail cell and felt just as comfortable. This room and situation was so horrible that we booked a different hotel and moved out the next morning. I often book budget, friendly hotels, so my expectations are not outside what should be a reasonably expected situation. "

"While the property was clean and the staff was very friendly...it was very old. Stains everywhere, on the ceiling, on the countertops, etc."

"Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of our reason for booking overnight with our two younger boys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the children’s museum. We were just bummed out on the timing of pool maintenance."

"Had cigarette butts on the floor and chirping smoke detector in room next door. Ended up just leaving and didn’t stay the night. "
