If they can take it immediately from your card there is no reason why they cannot refund it immediately ..."

"No food in late evening which was a shame as I missed dinner at an event I was attending in Leeds. Overnight the hotel was very noisy with sound travelling between floors etc. The staff were nice but a little indifferent. The breakfast was part cold and the coffee was terrible.
