Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Excellent location. Beautiful hotel and grounds with woodland and lake.

Lovely quiet location, friendly staff, tidy room. Limited choice for dining but fine for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast, good choice and good value.
Perfect for our visit ti Cannon Hall farm.
A very clean room. The breakfast was very nice and also the same for the bar food.

Lovely location, large comfortable room. The service from the staff was excellent and helpful. The meals were very good. I did have to return a steak (gristle) which was replace immediately with an alternative meal. Will definitely go again for a short stay.
Lovely little hotel. Delicious afternoon tea, staff all friendly and helpful. Lovely coean room and amenities. Nice walk around the grounds which are well kept and quaint
The food options were very limited however, were very nice and the parking area and walking round to reception was not lit at all and I arrived in the dark, so was a poor experience, however, the staff were lovely and service was great.

Nice property friendly staff, clean
The WIFI was non existence, had paper work to do for work but unable to do it
Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming all around. Hotel was generally tired within, really needs some work done on it. Very shabby in many places. Bed and pillows were awful, really uncomfortable. Flies everywhere weirdly. Dinner at bar was poor (fish and chips, colleagues had pasta) . Breakfast was good. Lunchtime meal at training function was good.
