"WARNING:- THE POOL IS IN URGENT NEED OF REPAIRS, BROKEN/ CHIPPED TILES ARE DANGEROUSLY SCATTERED IN MANY AREAS OF THE LARGE POOL😡 NO WARNING SIGNS WERE VISIBLE (POOLSIDE) THE MOSQUITOES WERE THICK IN THE ROOM -UPON ARRIVAL😡 TERRIBLE MUSTY SMELL IN THE APARTMENT😡 ALONG WITH A RANK OVERPOWERING SMELL (GENERALLY AFTERNOON/NIGHT) AROUND THE GROUNDS😡 APARTMENT VERY BASIC-NO SUPPLIES PRESENT E.g 1 EXTRA TOILET ROLL , WOULD BE HANDY. "The property is beautifully decorated. Feels like you have been transported to Morocco. The staff and service are outstanding and very helpful. The check-in is very efficient; they staff has everything prepared. The grounds are beautiful landscaped with a large pool facing the sea. Comfortable in all means. Highly recommended for a great relaxing experience. "

"I found the staff to be overly accommodating, courteous and professional. Although I only sampled from the cafe and external bar area, what I did consume was photo worthy and very tasty. Toast with avocado and salmon and dill, divine. A mocha and two types of smoothies, excellent. Room was open and airy and full of light and with a good view to the West. Neighbors were not noisy, but it did seem like the walls could be insulated more to avoid noise crossover. Overall, for what was provided vs. the price, I would definitely recommend. Khao Takiab area itself is wonderful."
