"很清幽的環境，在湖的旁邊，不像市區擁擠，要往台積電或是峨嵋風景區都滿快的，浴缸很大可以泡澡，房間也很寬敞，吃早餐時老闆正好在餐廳，還推薦我好多新竹的景點跟 美食，尤其推薦我一間老店魚丸湯，他的燕餃是我吃過最好吃的燕餃，現場吃完還外帶兩包冷凍的回去"

"Breakfast had a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. All of the options were very nicely and arranged and plentiful. We all loved the spa pool! Very refreshing and relaxing! The scooters for the kids were also a favorite. "

"隔音非常不好，不確定是隔壁房還是樓上6樓洗衣房發出的聲響，11點多到凌晨2點多了都還持續有聲響，雖然收費不貴，硬體設備不會有太大要求，只求有個休息睡覺的地方，但很可借連這基本的的品質都沒有，環境清潔的也不乾淨"
