The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Staring off hotel room was dirty. Boogers on the curtains, the blanket had marks/stains of who knows what pillows same thing were dirty. Bathroom has all kinds of uncleaned locations. I would not come back to this hotel.

The shower did not work properly. It took way too much to take a shower. I think it was stripped and was offline with the temperature indicator. For our first shower a technician had to come turn it on, he left the shower extremely dirty from standing in it and did not offer housecleaning. He said ...
