I reserved a room with two Queen beds for four people and when I showed up they said they only had rooms with one King bed. When I reminded them that I reserved two beds, they said they gave priority to people who book directly through them versus people like me who booked through Hotels.com. I will ...

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
Beautifully classic, elegant and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Downtown Houston with excellent staff, Nelli, Mark and Brandon were out of this world. I would definitely return over and over again, amazing service all around.

The Whitehall Houston
Great location, my room door didn’t close properly, it closed but it didn’t “seal” so I could all the noise from elevators. A/C super loud, bathtub handle were loose, empty soap container, Coffe machine broken with a used coffee pod inside. I won’t come back here
