"in its day it was probably a great hotel, but now its lost its appeal. We arrived and we were given a non alcoholic drink during the check in. The elevator is down a set of stairs, no one offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in a suite Room 1444, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room and that there was no mini bar. Our stay included free breakfast which was the the neighboring hotel - The Sheraton which is connected. We arrived at 9:00 am, it was a complete gong show, most of the bowls were empty, and the area was packed, took 10 mins to get a coffee. The hotel says there is a free shuttle to the airport, what they don't tell you is the shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Would I stay here again - probably not, it was ok for 2 nights."

The location is another huge plus—conveniently situated near great restaurants, cultural spots, and lively neighborhoods, making it easy to explore the city. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines style, comfort, and outstanding service with a creative twist, Hotel Musica is an absolute gem. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá."

"The hotel design is really lovely - room without window is not ideal - It can be noisy at night as the bar/restaurant is not really separated from the beautiful gallery where the rooms are located - However, it got quieter after 11:00pm and I slept well - worth staying, if only for the design - breakfast was delicious "

"The location was great if you are looking to walk to activities in El Centro/La Calendaria (you should take cabs at night, but it’s fine during the day). The cost for the location was excellent. The staff provided excellent service, and the buffet breakfast was good. "

"Everything as described. Breakfast was 10/10 and our favorite part. It’s a small place with no amenities but the price was fair and it was very pretty. Would stay again for sure "
