The Hotel Hot Springs
Yes. Excellent shuttle service. You have started charging for the breakfast.The food was just okay. It reminds me of the Holiday Inn Express breakfast. However, theirs are free.

Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs On the Lake
The guest room was very clean as was the laundry. Breakfast service was great. The front entrance of the hotel was cluttered with packages of lawn furniture.

Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
I did not get the room that I booked and paid for online. I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and a couch and my room was not held for me. I receive a king bed and a couch. One of my friends had to sleep on the floor. How do you give a room away that was prepaid a month ahead of time?
