"Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched. "The hotel was very conveniently located in the North Laines area of Brighton, a block away from the Royal Pavilion and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. It is a large modern hotel, the room was spacious , the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was excellent. The room was air conditioned, great during the heat wave, and wifi worked fine.
