"Upon checking in, the front desk staff was courteous and prompt. The room was mostly clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom and dingy but clean looking towels. The bed was decent, somewhat comfortable. The blackout curtains kept the room nicely darkened. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. We slept well in between long days of travel on our family road trip. Upon check out though, there was a staff member at the desk who was pretty rude. She had a mouth full of food and curtly said...

"Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!"

"Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross."

"The room was small and TV didn't work properly. The only place to eat was the sports bar ( expensive and noy that great ) $ 189.00 compared to $120.00 at Hampton Inn and much nicer room."

"The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed."

"Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent."

"It was clean, quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable. The down sides. The toilet is like a miniature version of a toilet. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags it’s a pain. The fitness center was closed. The “breakfast”, if you could call it that was horrible. Possibly the worst I have ever seen. The eggs were cold and watery, they had the consistency of a kitchen sponge. There was no meat option. The fruit was borderline spoiled. The coffee was cold and tasted like cardboard. Good...

"Comfortable, large room, peaceful night's sleep. The night manager was so kind and helpful to this tired traveler. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, no powdered eggs here. Added bonus was fresh watermelon slices this morning 😁"

"We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms. The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower. One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled...

"We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

"A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...

"It was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. Had a dirty hand towel, towels were very worn and thin. Very much outdated, in my opinion needs a great bit of work. Bed cover had small burn holes. Sheets were clean, pillows a bit small. All in all it served the purpose for a good sleep and a hot shower."
