Plenty of parking, well lit. Staff welcomed us as soon as we wallked through the door ,room smell was very pleasant, room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was above expectations. Staff very accommodating. Recommend highly.

The staff were very accommodating. Chris had outstanding customer service and made us fell very welcome. I brought me two children with me and he was always very patient, even when my 3 year old was a little chaotic. This was our first time staying on the Council Bluffs side when visiting Omaha and we will definitely do it again. We had a far better experience here than at some of the other, more expensive stays in the Omaha side.

The location off of the highway was convenient. The parking lot well lit and very secure. The breakfast was wonderful. Unable to turn the TV on and off with remote. Pool towels were gone by the time we arrived. Pool was not very warm. Would return again.

The room was clean and updated, a huge relief after 11 hrs in the road. Ice was readily available down the hall. Did not use pool or fitness room, breakfast was good and well rounded.

We stayed on our way to Colorado and decided to return here on our way back home. Unfortunately, this time the shower did not work, very low pressure, we advised staff but maintenance staff had not arrived yet. This an older building but breakfast room/lounge area is huge & well kept, very large indoor pool. Since, we were heading home, we got up early for the complimentary breakfast nad after returning to our room we tried the shower again & this time water pressure must have been addressed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to my needs. The room was clean. The bed was really comfortable. The dining area was spacious and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. If im back in that area i will definitely book again!

The woman at check in was super friendly and helpful. The rooms was nice and spacious. My kids enjoyed the large heated pool and we enjoyed the fitness center. Breakfast had a good variety of foods for everyone's palate.
