"I like this hotel but everytime I have been I have tried to get room service as I am normally tired from travelling. Nobody ever answers the phone, it is really annoying and lets the hotel down. Don’t offer a service you cannot provide"

"Room was clean but the shower room was so tight, I had to sit on the toilet at an angle. The blinds don’t shut out the light so we were woken by the blazing Sun at 5 this morning. Only plug socket in a kingsize room."
