"The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
