"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. When the smell subsided it was pleasurable to hear the roar of the sea. I stayed for 10 nights...

"The hotel was well-maintained. Check-in was super quick and all the staff were pleasant. The food options were limited, but the food was good. Also, the rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. My issue with this hotel is that they had no tequila at the bar my first night. I’m a margarita girl, so that was a bummer. Another issue was that they didn’t have wash cloths. We had to use hand towels to wash with. And even when we requested more hand towels, we were told that there were no...
