The facility was nice. But there were some issues. Both couches were broken. There was mold in the washer. No curtains in either living room. The curtains in the master bedroom were falling off.

Not ideal for a safe family or female environment

The space itself was very iconic classic hawaii, which is very fun for a Waikiki experience. However the building and surroundings are less desirable. The local dive bar located in the lobby requires you to pass through it. We were harassed every time we left and entered the building having to negotiate through heavy drinking and smoking locals. This should have been noted for safety concerns. I had a drunk man try and push his way into the elevator behind me and no one stepped up to help. They were laughing g and enjoying the harassment. Once I was in the elevator and in the penthouse I felt safe but trapped unwilling to go out alone. Be sure to travel in a group and have a strong male presence with this building.
