The staff was amazing, and my stay was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view from the window. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything I wanted to do. I also met a lot of amazing people during my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Brian

hotel was decent. 5 min walk to beach. Needs updated like new carpet & paint. Hoyrl has NO PARKING for guests. Nearest parking charged $50 per day. That was a terrible & unexpected expense.

I had a great time. they rooms were clean and the pool was great. lots of stores and food carts close. the desk staff was really really kind and helpful. especially the night clerk l. I think her name was Emma she was so sweet and made us feel so welcome.

The staff is super sweet, they are extremely helpful and make you feel at home. Room service was excellent. The pool was good size and very clean as well as the jacuzzi’s. Everything is walking distance . There’s food trucks right across the street and 7’11 next door.

Staff was great, located perfectly for everything. Don't plan on the small Cafe inside the hotel, they are run down and dirty. 😞 I really wanted to love them... Will go again!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The pictures online looked fine, but they did not match the actual condition of the room when I arrived at the hotel. It did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While the excellent customer service was a positive, the cleanliness and comfort of the room need significant improvement.

The room was fine for my purposes. The neighborhood is away from the bar scene and fairly quiet at night. The 7-11 stocks almost everything for a quick meal and is just a few steps away. The hotel is older and you should keep some earplugs for any of the hotels in Waikiki
