"Conrad HK is very reliable and has been for decades. Still, the room is feeling a bit dated compared to the newer hotels or those that may have been refurbished. Nonetheless, I will continue to frequent the Conrad HK for its service and location."

"I arrived to Ovolo Southside early hoping to at least store my bags before check-in, but they gave me a free early check-in! The room was full of unexpected surprises such as the free mini-bar and the cool touchpad in the room that controls your status (do not disturb, request room service, etc.). I enjoyed my stay and would happily do so again, but just be aware of the noise, it could get noisy at some parts of the day."
