The room was decorated beautifully. It was spacious. It was absolutely clean beautifully clean nice neighborhood nice area, easy check-in, easy checkout. I’ll definitely be returning and I would definitely recommend someone to stay there.

Great place just a few steps from the sandy beach. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for family. Woke up with sounds and views of the beach. Quiet nights to relax. If you want to relax with your family this is a great place to stay at.

The room was uber clean, and onsite staff was super helpful and friendly. This place was a definite great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for minimal interaction and a peaceful place to stay in Surf City. Beach was also like 20 feet away!!

It was nice to find a place that was larger than a typical hotel room to accommodate a family for a few days without having to commit to a full week rental. Units are fairly new with updated furnishings. It was clean and spacious. Convenient, short walk to the public beach access and this section of the beach was not very crowded. Close to the pier, shops and resturants. We had a first floor room and you could hear other guest walking fairly loud above us. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend a 3rd floor room (they have an elevator on the right side, with stairs on the left side facing the front of the building). Our teen boys enjoyed using the ping pong table and games set up on the ground floor.

We were very happy with our stay. We were able to fit 6 people comfortably, it was close to the beach, we had an ocean view from the third floor, and were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and activities. I would stay here again.

Super close to beach access. Room was very nice and super clean. Loved that it had a full kitchen and sitting area. Only thing was the room was next to stairwell so could hear everyone going up and down. Property had parking and elevator. Would stay again.

Excellent new property with lots of special touches. We had a good time utilizing the bikes, outdoor games, etc. very short walk on a side street to the beach. Will stay there again.

My family and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the property. They had everything you could need for your vacation to be comfortable. Beach access was a huge plus and it's only a few steps away. All in all, I would love to stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.
