"While the hotel staffs where amazing, the facilities did fall very short from my expectations. The bathroom shower felt like a licking tap as it was so slow and lacked pressure like you would normally have in other hotels. The bathroom wasn't clean and room was very dusty atleast where we stayed. I requested for toilet paper and didn't get any till after an hour and half and most time you ring the reception and no body is there to answer. The hotel is definitely not as in the photos and for the spa it almost like you needed to take turns or you will have to wait and we were told to come the next morning on Sunday evening when we tried to use it by around 8pm and the staff said it was closed but didn't give any reasons even though we have earlier been told it closed for the last entry by 9.15pm each night. For me it's a no and never again."

"Really big, lovely clean rooms. Fantastic value for money and breakfast was superb. We stayed for a concert at Co op Live which was a 15 minute taxi ride away. Highly recommend and would definitely stop again."

"We stayed in one of the shepherds’ huts and it was fantastic - beautiful hot shower, really useful kitchen facilities and perfect accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The staff were all so welcoming and the light breakfast in the dining room the next morning of toast and cereal with fresh filter coffee, tea and juice was just enough to set us up for the day. Would highly recommend!"

"Staff were brilliant the food excellent, unfortunately it was just the room that could have been cleaner. We had a host of small spiders on the ceiling and a couple of wasps through a broken fan in the bathroom window. We could have also done with a table where the power sockets are to charge our devices as it was cramped by the kettle. Also the wash hand basin took an age to drain "
