It wasn't spotless by any means, but not what I would consider dirty. We go in the lobby when we checked in at night or when we left at 7am. The check in staff was fairly rude.. they have a window with a slot at the bottom and you have to stay leaned over to talk to him and hear him because he sure ...

Our room balcony was taken over by gnats. The ironing board was lacking a pad. The grounds were well landscaped and clean. The dining hall was beautiful. The food was very good and the portions were plentiful.
