ベッドルーム＊２、トイレ及び洗面＊２、リビングの広い部屋でした。いびきをかく友達でも静かに寝られます。 繁華街からはタクシーで１０分（２００円程度）でとても静かな場所でした。近くにはコンビニが２件有り便利が良く、gladを呼べは町中何処へでも直ぐ行けます。 朝食付きで、メニューは毎日一緒ですが、メインをチョイスできます。スクランブルエッグ、目玉焼き、オムレツと、お粥のチョイスもできます。 スタッフの対応も良く、良い気持ちになります。 少しでも良くして貰ったらチップを払いましょう。 他の黄色人種にはその様な文化が無くて困っている見たかったので、５０円でも１００円でも小銭紙幣があったらあげちゃいましょう！

Sweating in Siagon

To start off, we have stayed here in the past and had a wonderful experience. This time when we got there, we told the person bringing us to the room, that two of the three air conditioners were not working. He told us that they were fine and that it would take a little while to cool down. Later that night we called the front desk and a acquaintance person came and was able to get the second one working. It was not until the next morning when we stopped at the front desk to tell them that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was still not working, did the maintenance person come again. At this time someone came immediately and got the last one working. Other than this, the staff were very polite, courteous, and attentive. Unfortunately, when travelling, having a comfortable temperature in your room is a top priority.

특별히 이곳에 머물이유가 있다면 좋을 것 같은 시설.

이곳은 일반적인 거주자를 위한 시설이었으나, 일부를 일반객실 이용자를 위해 이용하는 것 같다. 주어지는 객실은 넓은 편이고, 의외로 실내에 있는 수영장 등은 효용이 있을 것 같지만 몇가지 불편한점이 있었다. 우선 건물 입구에 설치된 계단으로 캐리어 이동시 매우 불편한 점이 있다. 건물입구엔 경비근무자가 있지만 그렇게 적극적인 도움을 주진 않을 것이다. 어째뜻 입실 후 우리에게 주어진 객실은 최상층 이었기에 확트인 조망을 누릴수 있었지만 천정 부분의 끌 수도 없는 환풍기 모터 돌아가는 소음에 시달려야 했다. 작은방의 에어컨은 리모컨에 응답하지 않았으며, 거실 및 큰방의 에어컨은 너무 오래되어 냉방능력이 부족해 보였다. 아니 어쩌면 건물 구조상 외벽체 붙은 윈도우 자체의 문제일 수 있다. (단열이 되지 않을 것 같은 얇은 두께의 유리이며, 2중창 구조가 아니기에 외부 열의 차단이 매우 미흡해 보인다. ) 작은방 서랍에는 누가 언제 버린 지도 모르는 여러가지 쓰레기가 들어 있어 매우 놀랐고, TV 테이블 측면으로는 청소되지 않은 머리카락이 엉겨붙어 있었다. 우리는 공항으로 가기전 구시가지(?)를 돌아볼 예정으로 이곳에 잠시 머물렀지만 결국엔 또다시 택시를 이용하여 1군 지역으로 이동하여 식사 등을 해결해야만 했다. 이곳은 비교적 넓은 구조의 실내를 저렴한 가격으로 만족도를 낯추고 이용하고자 한다면 괜찮을 수 있을 것이다. 확트인 전망이 있고, 냉장고, 기본적인 식기, 전자렌지 등을 갖추고 있기 때문이다.

주변에 번화가가 아무것도 없음. 전망은 so so

절대 조식은 먹지 마십시오. 그리고 완전 로컬 지역입니다. 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 거리가 흉흉합니다. 레지던스에서 나와서 오른편으로 약 100미터 지점에 작은 편의점이 하나 있습니다. 그동네에서 제일 감사하고 반가운 곳일 겁니다.

Comfortable And Good Value For Money

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. I stayed in a two bedroom two bath apartment style accommodations. The rooms were fairly sizeable and I appreciated the private bathrooms. The hotel was in a safe area, although a bit outside of the main downtown area. There were a number of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean, although a little bit of a musty and smoke smell, and there was an ash tray on the table when I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. I told the Management about the smoky and musty smell, they were very helpful and very accommodating and offered to move me to another room which they ensured had a very fresh scent. The new room was satisfying and smelled much better. I would recommend this hotel as a very good economical, safe and comfortable place to stay. I travel a fair bit and oftentimes as part of a high level delegation so I have seen my fair share of luxury and high end hotels.
