10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel pleasantly surprised me. Pretty good location near downtown District 1; it has good food / drink options around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very sweet cleaning staff. She spoke with me like I was a younger relative who she genuinely cared about. I booked a room with a hot tub as I wanted to soak and relax every day from exploring. This came in clutch. Rooms were clean (i have a blacklight to check), no bugs and a nice size refrigerator to store things. Is it perfect? no, as my only complaint was the bathroom sink was kind of awkward in size (basin to big to keep toothbrush and other items). But that is just nitpicking. Especially the pricing, I would highly recommend this hotel. On my next trip to Saigon I am booking this hotel again (I stayed about 6 nights).

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room is okay for someone heavy sleeper, if you looking for some hotel just to crash for the night without care for the background noise, then is the place for you, but if you want a hotel more quiet then is not that place for you.
