The best hotel in HCMC. Amazing and friendly people . From the car driver to your arrival at the lobby friendly staff you feel that you are at the palace . Very well organised hotel . Everything is profetionnal at Hilton Saigon. One of the best hotel in Vietnam. I highly recommand this hôtel if you are travelling to Vietnam. Beautiful, friendly, organised , very clean , well trained staff . I appreciated the Lobby staff and driver .

From the main entry on the ground floor to the check-in counter on the 9th floor, all the way up to the restaurant, my wife and I were welcomed with utmost courtesy and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet at Strand restaurant—complete with fresh coconut juice, abundant selection of pastries and fruits—was a sight to behold!
