Hotel’s location is walking distance to most of the iconic areas. However, traffic in front of the building is always clogged and noisy. Staffs can communicate clearly in English and quite helpful. Breakfast is good enough for the day.

This is an unexpected stay for me. I got scammed out of the Vinhomes Grand Apartment and so I have to book a replacement. The location of this A25 is great. It’s near Ben Thanh Market and the rowdy Bui vien street. It’s well surrounded with many shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite was the different noodles each day on the breakfast; very authentic to the true origins of the region.

Its raining when we reach the hotel, the hotel staff come down to our taxi with umbrella to shelter us to the reception.Its a kind gesture.

Pictures were deceiving

The pictures were deceiving. The rooms are run down and old. Standard rooms have no windows and was never mentioned in the description of the room. I had to cut my stay short and moved to another hotel. Motel 6 would make this place look like a 5 star.

Pros: good location Cons:-not buffet breakfast, therefore, limited choice. No free drinking water. I booked this hitel before the trip. I had to leave HCMcity after first night due to my schedule. I was told that I used 1 milk bottle in the fridge eventhought I did not use it! About staff: My relative came to visit me. Female receptionist, named Ngan, told them that I am not staying in this hotel. It's strange b'cause they already copied my Passport and assigned the room for me when I cheked in! luckily I came down just in time. Obviously, this receptionist, Ngan, did not bother to check the system but simply gave a straight answer to my relative.I was amazed, disappointed and offended. I think she was lazy and very unprofessional! She did not even appologize! Other female receptionist, Hai, was friendly and helpful.In general, Staff hardly smiled! With this prize, I could find better hotels on the same street. Honestly, I will not come back! Aussie guest from Sydney
