"Good place to stay while visiting the historic triangle. Safe location. 2 bedroom suite can accommodate 6 people. Nice amenities; enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. This is a good place for families; has kid friendly activities."

"Easy parking and access to the hotel. Recommend encouraging the staff to say a simple hello or good morning. It would reflect well on customer service. It is apparent that the hotel is under new management or there is a new general manager who has a focus on customer service."

"The breakfast was good but the cleanliness was terrible. We stayed in room 414 and found bed bugs all over the mattress. We told the front desk and they said they couldn’t give us a refund or nothing. They didn’t care and didn’t do anything to compensate us. We all came o it bit from the bed bugs & now have to deal with that. Do not stay here, it’s very nasty. "

"Room 321 had bug beds. Staff person Mo, laughed and did want to move us at first. Basically I had to demand to get changed. Was grated the change to room 403. Found that room to be filthy and smelly. I have pictures to prove the bed bugs and the room bed filthy. Would not recommend staying here. Quite frankly I want a refund. "
