"It took almost an hour to get checked in because the front desk man had no idea what he was doing. He was also trying to double charge me and another customer who was in front of me. In addition to him being very disrespectful and asking if me and another customer wanted to stay somewhere else because we were all frustrated and very disgusted by his poor customer service. I’ve traveled to many hotels around the world and this was one of the worst experiences ever. HIGHLY don’t recommend coming...

"I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day."
