Staff not very friendly no English, I felt like room/ bathroom not very clean pillows were old and flat. No continental breakfast, breakfast room was closed off by chairs. Fire alarm went off in middle of night it was a smoking motel we don’t smoke. Handle to hot water in room sink broken only cold use hot water in shower. When fire alarm went off it took a bit for staff to appear my husband mantance manger at nursing home started directing people out and greeted fire department with direction were alarm was going off . I know it was not expensive but I would have rather payed to know it was clean safe and to have breakfast my daughter tried to get WIFI and never could get to hook to phone. I would not expect WIFI or breakfast but it was right on the sign out by the road the only thing it really had going for this place was it was cheep and it was near the base.

We were concerned when we walked into the lobby and saw the glass wall separating the lobby from the clerk. We wondered about our security if there was a need to put the clerk behind safety glass. The room was comfortable. The parking lot was nice and clean.

The room was clean and was fairly comfortable. For being a handicap accessible, there was a tub/shower combo, not a walk in and the toilet was extremely low. It was a large bathroom though. There was no one at the desk and we had to call a number and wait which was a bit frustrating after and 13 hour drive. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was right off the lobby so the non smoking is not adhered to. There was no complimentary breakfast as indicated, even on their sign. They had that portion taped off so it couldn't be accessed. There is no sound proofing between floors. We could hear the people above us walking around. It sounded like they were going to come through our ceiling. Plenty of noisy people in the halls at late night/early morning hours. A 2 night stay for my son's AIT graduation was plenty. The hotel location to the base entrance is the best and the main reason for choosing it.

Not only was the was who checked us in EXTREMELY RUDE, this place was disgusting. When we walked into the room it was saturated in cigarette smoke, so much so we couldn’t breathe. The towels were stained as well as the sheets. After 2 mins I forfeited the $85 I dropped on this place and went to the Holiday Inn Express next door. That place was nice, very friendly gentleman checked us in. Stay the hell away from this place.

Location was a plus. The room could have been a whole lot cleaner! Ice machines didn't work. We had problems with the key card. The toilet was oval shape but the seat was round. The toilet was disgusting. Hot water took 5mins before it came out of the faucet hot
