"The staff are so so nice and helpfu.l.They each went above and beyond. They were also so friendly. The hotel is in a great location. So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was closed when we were there and each day we asked if the firepit could be put on and no one could do it which was a big bummer. We were hoping to enjoy wine out on the patio area (which is really cute!). Overall we were very happy with our stay and the hotel for the price."
"The beds were unbelievably comfy and I still cannot believe how deeply, quickly, and well I slept last night!! AM coffee is delish. Love the parking, too. I would recommend and return in a heartbeat!"
"I've used this hotel for animazement, Supercon and Galaxycon. The rooms are well kept, staff are friendly and helpful, and the parking is a time saver. The convenience of being able to walk right next door to the convention center can't be overstated. It's close enough to be in the middle of the fun but far enough away to get away and take a break when you need it without having to drive. This has been our go-to hotel for years."
"We had a wonderful stay. We eat a light breakfast, and they had everything we needed (oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, a great tea selection) in the kitchen. We parked on the street in front, but there is also a free parking area behind the building, accessed through an alley. It is walking distance to the two squares downtown, and there are several restaurants in a restored warehouse just a block away. We would definitely stay there again if we’re ever in Raleigh."
