"Long beach airport next door and shuttle was quick. M club attendees were great. Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom. Didnt appreciate that level of care."

"When I originally made the reservation, I was looking to book a hotel for Friday, May 15. At some point in the system it changed to the 16th when I had booked this hotel. I immediately tried to change it and even called the hotel to see if they could change the date. I was not looking to cancel it. I just wanted it on a different date. That When I called the person answering, the phone said I had to go through Hotels.com and said good luck with that. Later, I got the response that the hotel denied canceling the reservation. I would’ve been perfectly happy just to change the date to a different date. Service between the hotel and Hotels.com was horrible."

"The hotel is nice, however they failed to tell us that the restaurant and pool were under construction. Breakfast at the restaurant was accompanied by a sewer smell that lingered around while eating. Then we asked the front desk about the amenities. They decided not to tell us that the pool was being overhauled and we literally had to walk over hoses to get there just to find out it was closed. The rooms here aren’t cheap and I realize what you’re actually paying for are the amenities. If these are under construction, I think the rooms should be discounted and there should be information posted about the construction before someone books. Moreover, I’m not going to accuse anyone of being discriminatory but I did find it odd that the front desk person was willing to go to the back to find a map of the property for the people in front of us, but could not provide one for us when we arrived. We had to search online for ourselves just to find the hotel room. There are things at hotels one can overlook, but when you’re paying a premium to stay somewhere, there really is no excuse."

"The property is clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi but without amenities as coffee maker or drinking water. There's free coffee at the office though but you have to buy water. The staff are polite, nice and friendly though. Provided us with extra blankets as requested. They even drove us to the port for our cruise for a relatively low cost. Would definitely recommend to friends and family 😊"
