"This is a great simple hotel that is very conveniently located, clean, comfortable and safe. The staff were great. My little frig turned out to be a freezer so I called the desk and that day maintenance came and fixed it and my food was cold but no longer frozen. Yay! And I struggled with the card key and the gentleman at the desk was so kind and sorted me out (it was all in the wrist) and was never impatient or unkind with me. He just helped me. There is a "coffee room" that is a little light on amenities. Offering a Keurig machine is nice, but having milk or half and half would be a great addition for not much cost. I find powdered creamer oily and disgusting."
"The stay overall was good. I have stayed here a bunch in the past, but I had a really bad experience months ago with two guys working the front desk while checking in, and I wasn't going to return. I decided to give it one more try because I was in a pinch and I didn't want to spend a fortune on a room. The lady who checked me in was really nice, and I briefly talked to her while leaving in the morning, and she told me that it is under new management.

"I was in Redwood City for a medical procedure at Sequoia Hispital. The location was convenient, though at first glance, I was not sure what to expect, but once inside, I felt reasured that this was a typical BW property. Parking is shared with the restaurant next door (Stacks - so good), but adequate. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
