"Very easy solution to reach the airport. Rooms are nice new basic but comfortable and clean. No weird smells. Great selection of toiletries. Bed is comfortable and rooms are fairly quiet . We had a breakfast box and it was very basic, also the receptionist did not ask for what we preferred. We believe we got another room’s box as it had a different room number on it. Cannot comment on the normal breakfast service. I did appreciate the offer for a breakfast box none the less considering our very early leave to the airport. Great service for airport taxi during the night when the shuttle does not run. Overall a very good experience "

"LOCATION: The location of this hotel was great. While it’s not the closest option to Delhi International Airport, it was still conveniently reachable. Considering Delhi’s heavy traffic, being near the airport was a definite bonus. Using Uber to get around from the Hyatt Regency was convenient, as drivers could pick up and drop off directly at the main entrance. STAFF: The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Their commitment to excellent hospitality was noticeable throughout the stay. HOTEL BREAKFAST: The breakfast was impressive, offering numerous options to choose from. The only minor drawback was the wait time to enter the restaurant, especially on weekends when the hotel was busy, but this seems inevitable given the hotel’s size. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 10:30am. DINNER: I recommend going out of the hotel as there are better options/experiences at local cafes/restaurants. ROOM + CLEANLINESS: The rooms were spotless and well maintained. I appreciated the smart TV, which allowed me to log into my Netflix account. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a shower and a separate tub. ROOM CLEANERS: The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. They went the extra mile in small ways that really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. EXTRA TOUCHES: The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations during my visit. The attention to detail and the small thoughtful touches made the entire stay feel very special and memorable."

"I had a great stay at this hotel in Delhi. The location is excellent, with easy access to key landmarks in South Delhi as well as the airport. A mall is conveniently nearby, which makes things even easier for food, shopping, and quick errands. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Both the breakfast and in-room dining were very good, with good quality and variety. As someone visiting from abroad, I found the hotel safe, comfortable, and well managed, which really matters when you’re in a new city. I would highly recommend it, especially for business travelers, but it’s a solid choice for leisure stays as well."
