"We always stay here when we come to the St. Louis area. The staff serving breakfast work very hard and they always have all of the food ready to go for everyone. The staff at the front desk is always very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back."

She also charged for the room a second time even though it had already been paid for online. Not focused on her job too busy carrying on conversation on the cellphone. "
