"The Pub was a grade 2 listed building which was a 1700 era the best way to describe it is Quirky! . The internal pub area was full of history and upstairs the rooms fixtures and fitting new with the decoration being fresh but sympathetic to the age of the building. the food was good Pub Grub and the cooked breakfast was great Full English or Full Scottish Both filling and well cooked, served piping hot! Lovely outside area and caters for Dogs. "
"I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort "

"Falcon's Nest is half a dozen rooms owned by the Raptor Foundation which is a centre for Birds of Prey. Each room is a bedroom with a kitchen and a shower room. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, microwave oven and toaster. There is a TV and free WiFi with internet access."

"The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance."
"The room was very nice and clean, a bit warm but with the window open there was a nice breeze. The swimming pool is very nice, heated at the right temperature to be pleasant but not too hot for a swim. Thw building and garden are great. "
