First room we were booked in smelled like cigarettes. The smell was so bad we had to leave and ask for another room. After when we checked into the other room there were roaches all over the fridge and microwave and near the bed. Worst experience you can have. Didn’t even stay an hour there ended up leaving and checking out over the phone, wish we could have a refund. Ps(room 11 cigarette smell, and room 28 filled with roaches)

The beds here are like sleeping in a cloud. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in since the Disney Cruise ship beds. Their towels are soft, thick, and deliciously fluffy. Their rooms are immaculately clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their motel. And when ever we are in the High Springs/ Gainesville Florida area, we will always sleep here. We recommend this hotel to everyone
